Task: to create a [branded] service station / supermarket / lounge / cafe / casino / office space / observation platform / advertising space / eye catcher.

multi-tasking centre

Location: a spot in Austria, visible from the autobahn Vienna <–> Graz

Focus: the needs of future users of the space, current and latent: refill, relax, shop, meet, interact, learn. Plus for owners and partners: practicality, cost-effectiveness, uniqueness, added values for partners (especially advertising possibilities).

bird's view / milieu

All needs are fulfilled in easy-to-grasp zones, combined in one space allocation plan: Certain areas can be serviced by the same staff, customers are directed in a natural way, and routes around the centre are simple.

The observation deck is overlooking the unique structure of the centre, resembling the client’s corporate design in an artful way. Eye-catching elements are unobtrusively integrated in the environment, yet easily visible from the autobahn close by.

details for the eye & for the mind

The centre itself is alive and nurtures interaction: ambient lighting, colours, and details of the structure react on movement and create a connection with the visitors. In the same way can the user connect with the centre and other butterflies.

/ a space that becomes alive with the activity of its users.

Booth C02 was a highlight at the Restaurant&Bar Hong Kong 2009.

For the duration of the show bustling with curious gourmets, the Austrian gastgarten proved to be a comfortable space for inter-cultural communication and discovering new sensations.

Our new >grotto< (well, it still is a pirate’s hole, even with the sunlight) is located on the 3rd floor of a former factory, yes, still in Tsuen Wan. - Why Tsuen Wan? Because it is original, it is down-to-earth industrial and it is changing at a high-speed rate.
= We just love it here.

So, we have added colour, erected some nice scaffolding – much to the joy of our architectural part of ADD SUGAR™ – and are now ready to welcome you here.
